The standard service rifle of the Sevvanian Armed Forces. The Outlander, while externally remniscient of the SVT-40 and SKS rifles, is mechanically similar to the M1 Garand. It is capable of accepting stripper clips, which can be used to load 10 or 20-round detachable box magazines. Common variants include carbines and marksman rifles.
